Unit 15 - Audio Visual Promos

   In this image I am editing the footage of my , and I am controlling the volume of the audio the camera has picked up from the people talking in the background. I am lowering the volume to make the audio an appropriate level. 

  In this image I am uploading my idents to my desktop by clicking the save button, I had to create a master file for it to be saved for the quality to be better. I saved the file to my desktop so I know where to find it later on.   I then give the file a title and save it so I can upload it to YouTube. When this small tab shows up, I gave the file a suitable name so I can find it in my documents later on for it to be uploaded on YouTube.   I   then went to YouTube and clicked upload video. I pressed the plus button and clicked upload video where another tab comes up to allow me to select the files I want to upload.  I then get to select my files and choose the correct file I want to upload, in this case my first draft. It is helpful I have saved it onto my desktop as "ident 1 draft" to make it easier to identify what file I need to upload.  I then upload the video on YouTube and here we can see the title and thumbnails being loaded in there are 4 steps when uploading videos,

  In this image i used this website to convert my music from YouTube to an MP3 sound so i can put it on final cut pro. I used this website as it was free and easy to use. I chose a sound that i like and was most suitable for my ident and converted it to an MP3 file. I then saved the file to my desktop and imported it onto final cut pro to add to my ident.  In this image, i downloaded the music to my iTunes and can drag the files from here to final cut pro to my ident when editing. An example of this is when i downloaded the BBC One news music to use for my ident. If some of my sounds were not on my iTunes it would be on my desktop and i can drag it from there onto final cut pro.  In this image i have added my sounds onto final cut pro to my dent and have aligned it where the sounds need to go. This is to complete my ident and make it suitable and not have the sounds scattered everywhere. I would lower or increase the sound depending on how i wanted it. I would also move the sounds unde

The legal issues that you may face is through work, by this I mean images for example you can get an image from google for your work and the issues that can be faced from this is not asking permission from the person who made the image for you to be able to put on your work. You can get sued or fined for using someone else's work without permission. You could possibly go to jail if they take you to court and you're not able to pay up they can take products from you.  The ethical issues are something morally right or wrong actions or sayings. Such as, being racist, body shaming, harassment. For example, body shaming if a model was to do a photoshoot for a brand as an advert and they are being body shamed on there it is morally wrong as everyone can now see the advert and also see the body shaming that is going on. This will give a bad representation of their brand and business allowing their target audience and others to stop buying products from them as they have this bad repre

 Ident 1:  What went well:  Ident ideas were good the overall idea of the ident  filming logo idea Improvements: Music voice over. align the letters of BBC one properly. mute the background sound effects  cut scenes as filming is shaky it makes the ident look bad.
