Legal, moral and ethical issues (P2/M2)

The legal issues that you may face is through work, by this I mean images for example you can get an image from google for your work and the issues that can be faced from this is not asking permission from the person who made the image for you to be able to put on your work. You can get sued or fined for using someone else's work without permission. You could possibly go to jail if they take you to court and you're not able to pay up they can take products from you.

The ethical issues are something morally right or wrong actions or sayings. Such as, being racist, body shaming, harassment. For example, body shaming if a model was to do a photoshoot for a brand as an advert and they are being body shamed on there it is morally wrong as everyone can now see the advert and also see the body shaming that is going on. This will give a bad representation of their brand and business allowing their target audience and others to stop buying products from them as they have this bad representation, and the target audience may not support their wrong doings.

The moral issues are similar to ethical issues. For example, in the show 'Hey Jessie' the character 'Zorie' who was a black child who was treated differently in terms of getting ready for the show. Everyone including her got a hair and makeup artist to get them ready before filming for the show. The hair artist Zorie got did not know how to deal with black people's hair and her mum had to come in every time to do it instead which is unfair for her and her mum. The audience that watched the show can see this on 'Zorie's' social media page where she mentioned it herself this makes the audience not like the producers of the show or it may cause them to not watch the show anymore.

Tv ident 1: BBC One  BBC One ident 'Capes' Transparent (2009 edit) (SD) This TV ident portrays cyclists in the rain forming a line on the road still cycling with different coloured ponchos approaching a roundabout and staying on it is going round and round, this indicates the 'O' from BBC One, it could also signify a loading screen for example when the circle showing up whilst loading a screen and it goes round and round. There may be a meaning to the specific different colours. This TV ident for BBC one represents the channel is a positive way as the circle represents the 'O' in one for the channels name. A TV ident like this have been used for their channels, therefore making this one appropriate to play in between ads, news, or episodes. The narrative of this is to represent the show/channel hence the cyclists in this ident to go around a roundabout many times to form the 'O' shape in the channels name or to either represent a loading symbol. The ide...
